AFTER HOURS there is an Alternate Front Entrance
 to the right of and set back from the Main Entrance - Photo - Map
 The larger grey button on your key-fob opens it and all other entrances at any time.
 You can get to the Mailboxes after hours from the pool-side hallway or the courtyard - Map

ATM: There is an automated teller in the alcove inside the 4th floor Activity Room.
Bugs? Exterminator comes every Tuesday. Concierge can schedule your apartment.

Cart: You can borrow a cart from the storage closet to the left of the serving line in the Main Dining Room

Concierge: On site 7 am - 8 pm at Front Desk - can handle most questions and requests
Concierge Online:  Set up an account to pay rent, enter service requests &c. [click 'New User']
Door Defender/Latch Guard to protect against forced entry - maintenance will install it for you
Driveway gates:  The smaller grey button on your key-fob opens the driveway gates
to exit pull up very close to the gate on the right side of the driveway
